i am writing to express my concern about the way you randomly group us in pairs for oral practice. while（尽管） i appreciate your efforts to improve our speaking skills, i have noticed some problems with this method.
firstly, students may be paired with someone whose level is far different from theirs, leading to poor learning outcomes. secondly, practicing with the same partner for a long time can lead to fatigue（厌烦） and a lack of fresh ideas. finally, some students may prefer to practice with specific classmates, but random grouping cannot accommodate （习气，契合）their preferences.
to address these issues, i suggest that we adopt a approach. students can choose their own partners based on their interests and preferences. this would not only increase motivation but also allow for better communication and understanding between partners.
